Easy way to impose traffic regulations

1. Every vehicle can be fitted with RFID chip and every moving vehicle should be scanned for RFID and if it misses, its photograph and location should be passed to traffic police.
2. Every traffic signal should intercept RFID's of signal breaking vehicles and this should be passed to traffic police.
3. Each RFID should be logically tied to vehicle and a driver so up on rule breaking ticket can be issued with out fail.
